Refund Policy
How trials, cancellations and refunds work for paid plans.
1. Free trial
Every plan can be tried free for 14 days. No card is needed and nothing is charged when the trial ends, so no refund is ever needed for a trial.
2. Monthly plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the month already paid for. Fees for a month that has started are not refunded.
3. Annual plans
If you cancel an annual plan within 30 days of the first payment, we refund the full amount. After 30 days, the plan stays active until the end of the paid year and is not refunded, except where required by law.
4. Removing users
Removing users takes effect from the next billing period. Seats already billed for the current period are not refunded.
5. Service problems
If the Service is unavailable for a significant period because of a fault on our side, we will offer a credit or a pro rata refund for the affected time.
6. How to request a refund
Write to us through the contact page with your workspace name and the invoice concerned. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 working days.
