Q1Who counts as a user?

Anyone in your company who drafts, reviews, approves or manages contracts in Azenye. Signers outside your company, such as vendors, customers and candidates, are always free.

Q2What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is charged automatically. At the end of 14 days you choose a plan and add billing details, or your workspace is paused and your contracts stay available to export.

Q3Can we change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Q4Do you invoice in rupees?

Prices are shown in US dollars. Companies in India can be invoiced in INR with GST on annual plans.

Q5Is there a discount for startups or non-profits?

Yes, for eligible early-stage startups and registered non-profits. Contact us with a few details about your organisation.
